Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there were plastic shopping bags under the sink in the kids bathroom (hallway bathroom). The provider removed them out of reach of children at the time of the site visit. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): At the time of the site visit there were two fence boards on the smaller playground that had nails sticking out of them. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(g): At the time of the site visit Preschool room #30 had a toy shelf that had flaking paint and the chain link fence has large areas that are rusty. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(a): At the time of the site visit there was an outlet in preschool room #30 and #32 that are not tamper resistant with automatic shutters that only allow electrical plugs to be inserted or that are covered with a blank plate.
